Notifications and alerts: channels and configuration

In brief

  • Channels — in-app, email, Telegram (App and User), managed from notifications settings.
  • Active alert types — pulse alert, whale alert, risk score, event alert.
  • Per-channel configuration — choose which notification types arrive on each channel.

In depth

Available channels

In profile settings → notifications, you can enable/disable each channel:

  • In-app — notifications inside the dashboard, visible in the topbar bell.
  • Email — useful for alerts you want to receive even when not logged in.
  • Telegram App — sent through the app's webhook.
  • Telegram User — sent directly to the private chat with the Saturia bot, after linking your Telegram account.

For each channel you can decide which event types to receive, so you don't get flooded.

Alert types

Alert types currently managed include:

  • Pulse alert — when a new Pulse AI is emitted on an asset you care about.
  • Whale alert — when an above-threshold on-chain transaction is detected on a monitored asset.
  • Risk score — when your portfolio's risk score changes significantly.
  • Event alert — when a relevant market event is imminent.

Linking Telegram

Telegram linking is done from profile → notifications → Telegram. Follow the on-screen steps to start the bot chat and associate it with your account. Once linked, all alerts you enable for the Telegram channel arrive there.

Good practices

  • Don't enable everything on every channel. If you get too many notifications, you stop reading them.
  • Differentiate by urgency. Critical alerts (whale, high-score pulses) make sense on email or Telegram; informational ones are enough in-app.
  • Periodically review the assets you're monitoring: as your portfolio evolves, what's relevant to track changes.

Roadmap features

Features like silent hours, configurable throttling, custom rules based on price or indicator conditions are natural additions to the notifications engine but not guaranteed at the time of writing. If they become available, you'll find them in settings.
