FAQ and troubleshooting: common issues

In depth

Login & access

I'm not getting the verification email. Check spam/promotions. If not there, request a new send from the login page. If the second one doesn't arrive either, write to support specifying the email used.

Forgot password. Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You'll receive a reset link valid for a limited time.

Infinite login / blank screen. Clear browser cache or try incognito mode. If it persists, disable extensions (especially aggressive ad blockers) and retry.

Portfolio

My portfolio isn't updating. Possible causes:

  1. Expired or revoked API key on the exchange → regenerate and reconnect from the Connections tab.
  2. Permissions changed — the exchange asked you to renew the APIs → renew them.
  3. Exchange maintenance → try again later.

An asset doesn't appear in my portfolio. Single-asset support depends on the backend. If an asset doesn't appear, send feedback to support with the details.

Values look different from TradingView or other sites. Saturia uses backend API prices for valuation. There can be slight time offset vs other real-time sources. That's normal: portfolio value is designed to be stable, not tick-synchronized.

Notifications

I'm not receiving email notifications. Check spam. Verify your profile email is correct. In profile notifications, check that the email channel is actually enabled for the alert types you care about.

Telegram isn't working. Verify you completed the bot linking from profile notifications. If you mistakenly blocked the bot, unblock it and restart the linking procedure.

Too many alerts. Review your notification settings, disable overly noisy channels and shorten the list of monitored assets.

Chart and performance

The chart is slow.

  • Switch to higher timeframes (4h / 1d).
  • Reduce the number of panes if using multi-chart.
  • Close other heavy browser tabs.

Indicator values don't match TradingView. Saturia uses its own chart engine (lightweight-charts) and a specific set of indicators built to feed the Pulse engine. There can be some deviation from TradingView in formulas or defaults: the goal is internal consistency with Pulses, not identity with other tools.

Whale tracking

I don't see whale alerts. Check you've enabled monitoring for the assets you care about in the Whale Tracking module. Also check that the notifications channel for whale alerts is active in profile notifications.

Too many alerts. Disable noisy or inactive assets.

Plan and billing

Payment failed. Usually a payment-method issue (expired card, over limit). Update the method in the profile and retry.

I want a refund or have an invoice issue. Write to support with operation details. Exact procedures are handled case by case.

  • From the profile → support section, where available.
  • Email → use the official support address published on the site.
  • Telegram → official community for general support.

Never via private DMs on Twitter/X/Discord or from accounts impersonating support: those are scammers. Saturia never proactively DMs to ask for credentials or API keys.
