1. About the Service

Saturia is a software platform that provides cryptocurrency analysis tools, educational resources, and informational insights powered by artificial intelligence. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Dashboard with customizable widgets and market data visualization
• Pulse AI�� � AI-generated market analysis and informational signals based on technical indicators
• Portfolio management tools for tracking and simulating cryptocurrency holdings
• Paper trading � a simulated trading environment for educational and practice purposes
• Market event calendars, risk score analysis, and performance analytics
• Leaderboards and community features

Saturia is a platform of analytical tools and educational content. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All outputs, including Pulse AI�� signals, are strictly informational and educational in nature.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Account Registration

• An account is required to access the Service. You can register using your email address and a password
• You must verify your email address before gaining full access
• You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your account details up to date
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (e.g., Starter, Core, Alpha). The Starter plan is free. Paid plans unlock additional features and are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

4.2 Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle you selected
• You can manage your subscription and view billing history through the Stripe billing portal

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period of a billing cycle
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of their current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share Pulse AI�� outputs, signals, or proprietary analytics without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our explicit consent
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service to provide financial advisory services to third parties

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the Service � including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Pulse AI�� algorithm and outputs, UI design, and software code � are owned by bTonic L.L.C-FZ and are protected by international intellectual property laws
• Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (e.g., portfolio transactions, preferences). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you

7. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

This is a core principle of the Service. Saturia provides tools and educational content only. Specifically:

• Pulse AI�� signals and all analytical outputs are generated by algorithms based on publicly available market data and technical indicators. They represent informational insights, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset
• Portfolio tools, paper trading, and performance analytics are provided for educational and simulation purposes only
• Risk scores, market bias indicators, and event calendars are informational tools designed to support your own independent research
• We are not a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment company in any jurisdiction
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Any action you take based on information from the Service is entirely at your own risk
• Past performance shown on the platform (including backtest results and win rates) does not guarantee future results

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content provided through the Service
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from trading decisions
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Stripe, Telegram, market data APIs, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Modifications to the Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@saturia.app
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable to the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
