Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on saturia.app, for which purposes, how long they stay on your device and how you can change or withdraw your choices at any time. It complements our Privacy Policy and follows the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information between visits. Alongside cookies we also use browser local storage and the pixels/identifiers of the third-party services listed below: legally the processing is equivalent, so the consent rules described here apply to all of them.
2. Data controller
The controller for data collected through cookies is:
bTonic L.L.C-FZ
Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
support@saturia.app
3. Categories of cookies we use
We use three categories. Only the first one is active by default.
- Technical cookies (necessary): required to deliver the service you requested. No consent needed (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). They remember your language and the choice you made on the banner.
- Statistics cookies: Google Analytics 4, used to understand how the site is used in aggregate form. It is not configured as an analytics cookie "equivalent to technical", so it requires your consent and stays off until you give it.
- Marketing cookies: used only for referral attribution in our affiliate programme. They require consent and stay off until you give it.
4. Cookie list
Payment takes place on checkout.stripe.com: any cookie set by Stripe during checkout is described in Stripe's cookie policy and is not written on the saturia.app domain.
5. Legal basis
For technical cookies the legal basis is the legitimate interest in delivering the service you requested (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which exempts them from consent). For statistics and marketing cookies the legal basis is solely your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through the banner before any activation. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it.
6. Third parties and non-EU transfers
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Ltd., which may transfer data to the United States. The transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and on Standard Contractual Clauses. We enabled IP anonymisation and disabled advertising and ad personalisation features.
Google acts as a data processor for data collected through Analytics. See Google's privacy notice for more information.
7. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can reopen the preferences panel at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. On withdrawal we immediately unload the corresponding scripts and expire the cookies already set on our domain.
8. Managing cookies from your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Privacy or Cookies section in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note: blocking technical cookies may break parts of the site, for example remembering your language.
9. Updates
If we introduce new cookies or new providers we will update this page and, when the update concerns cookies subject to consent, we will show you the banner again. In any case consent is requested again after 6 months.
10. Contact and your rights
To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent) or for any question about this policy, write to us:
